    AbstrakUpaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhannya.Seperti yang tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem PendidikanNasional Pasal 12 ayat (1) yang menyatakan bahwa : “Setiap peserta didik pada setiap satuan pendidikanberhak mendapatkan pelayanan pendidikan sesuai bakat, minat dan kemampuannya”. Butir (f) dinyatakan“Peserta didik pada setiap satuan pendidikan berhak menyelesaikan pendidikan sesuai kecepatan belajarmasing-masing dan tidak menyimpang dari ketentuan batas waktu yang diperlukan”. Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran geografi berbasis Sistem KreditSemester (SKS) kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Probolinggo Tahun Pelajaran 2019-2020.Jenis penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian evaluasi, penelitian yang terfokus pada modelCIPP (Context evaluation, Input evaluation, Proces Evaluation dan Product evaluation). Pendekatanyang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskripif. Teknikanalisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian evaluasi terkait dengan pengelolaan dan pelaksanaanpembelajaran menggunakan instrumen yang berbentuk ratingscale.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat mengetahui evaluasi pengelolaan dan pelaksanaanpembelajaran geografi berbasis Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) di kelas XI IPS dengan peserta didikkategori cepat, normal dan lambat. Berdasarkan penilaian evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh peserta didikdengan kategori cepat, pada aspek model dan metode pembelajaran yang disampaikan mendapat nilai 66,efektifitas pembelajaran mendapatkan nilai 74 dan pada aspek kreativitas guru geografi mendapatkannilai 74. Penilaian evaluasi yang dilaksanakan peserta didik kategori normal dan lambat pada semuaaspek yang diamati rata-rata mendapat nilai 80.     The Use of the Partner Surveillance Scale in Instagram: Psychometric Evaluation Based on the Graded Response Model

    The use of social media, especially Instagram, has become an increasingly powerful form of daily activity. This social media affects the romantic relationship of people, where people in relationships can conduct surveillance on the behaviors of their partner. This study provides an analysis of the psychometric properties of the Indonesian version of the Partner Surveillance Scale which contains 15 items and used a 4-point Likert scale format. The study recruited 214 female university students aged 17-23 years old, who used Instagram. The Graded Response Model (GRM) method was applied. As a result, the Indonesian version of the Partner Surveillance Scale was proved to have good psychometrics properties and had good fit to the GRM. All assumptions of GRM were met and the scale had high reliability. But, it should be noted that some items did not fit well with the model.  The results of this study also provide an alternative to the use of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) in analyzing polytomous data with GRM. This study concluded that the psychometric properties of the Partner Surveillance Scale were good.

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis bagaimana retorika seorang agen Asuransi Allianz dalam menarik minat nasabah di Kota Bogor. Memilih di Kota Bogor karena kantor Allianz di Kota Bogor adalah kantor pemasaran bukan kantor pusat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan video dokumentasi informan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah agen Asuransi Allianz di Kota Bogor yang sudah berstatus atau bertingkat platinum. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam penyampaian pesan yang disampaikan kepada calon nasabah oleh agen asuransi terdapat persiapan, penyusunan, gaya, pengingat, dan penyampaiannya. Kelima tersebut menjadi patokan agen dalam menarik minat calon nasabah di Kota Bogor.     The Institutionalization of Remuneration (A Case Study at the University X)

    This study aims to understand the process of institutionalization that occurred in the University X (UX) with their remuneration policy, starting from the idea of remuneration, remuneration discourse preparation, implementation and dissemination of remuneration. This is a qualitative research with case study approach to gain an understanding of the process of remuneration institutionalization at the UX. The results of this study indicate that the process of institutionalization of remuneration at the UX was related to external and internal factors of the organization. Determination of the remuneration regulation is the external pressure which must be accepted by the UX because it has implemented public service institution (BLU) financial management system. The idea of improving the quality of public services which was followed by the remuneration policy discourse and its application were not running well for the UX should face internal pressure from lecturers. In addition, education staffs who still do not have the application performance measurement weakens the process of institutionalization.

    Improving Water Introduction Learning Outcomes at SD Negeri Bubutan IV Surabaya Using Problem-Based Learning Model

    Objectives. The primary objective of this research is to explore how the problem-based learning (PBL) model can be implemented to improve students' achievement in the basics of swimming and enhance their learning outcomes. Additionally, the research aims to investigate the impact of the performance method on students' motivation to learn the basics of swimming. By implementing PBL and performance methods, this research aims to provide a more engaging and effective learning experience for students, thus enhancing their achievement and proficiency in the basics of swimming., Materials and methods. This study aims to investigate the academic performance of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Bubutan IV, Surabaya. The study employed an action research methodology, comprising two rounds, each consisting of two stages - design and implementation. The research seeks to address the challenges of low student engagement and proficiency in swimming, which can have negative impacts on their overall wellbeing. The research data was gathered from the results of tests, practices, observation sheets, and learning activities. The focus of this research is on reflection and revision to enhance the learning outcomes of the students.,. Results. The analysis results indicate that there was a significant increase in the learning achievement of students from cycle I to II. Specifically, there was a rise from 48.72% in cycle I to 87.18% in cycle II for the psychomotor domain. Similarly, there was a notable increase in the active domain, with cycle I recording 69.23% and cycle II recording 94.87% achievement. These findings suggest that the teaching approach implemented during the study was effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes. Conclusion. The findings of this research suggest that the demonstration method can have a positive impact on students' learning motivation. This is particularly true for students in Class V at Elementary School State Bubutan IV in Surabaya. Additionally, problem-based learning models can be used as an alternative teaching approach in Physical Education (PJOK). These results indicate that educators can benefit from using a combination of these methods to enhance student engagement and motivation in the classroom.Objectives. DNA cryptography is one of cryptography method. Beside to application of computing is very easy, this method has excess speed in processing, use minimal storage and power usage. The result from this research are application that are built can encrypt dan decrypt digital images which has a lot color distribution well. Application and method used will work well on image that have a lot or even distribution colors. But not in digital images that have 1 dominant or transparent color in that

    Entrepreneurial Intention for Students at Universities in Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia

    This research is intended to verify the variables that affect entrepreneurial intention. This research uses the element perceived regulatory support, perceived social support, perceived university support, and entrepreneurial selfefficacy, which affect the entrepreneurial intention variable. The population in this study was every student in Sleman. Sampling using purposive sampling. The count of samples in this research was 250 respondents. This study uses a respondent survey approach. The data analysis technique utilizes qualitative and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis was used to test the entrepreneurial intention model on students in Sleman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The analytical tool used is PLS analysis. The results showed that perceived regulatory support, social support, and university support positively and significantly affected entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Likewise, entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. This research provides several practical and theoretical contributions. This research helps solve practical problems related to government support, social / community environment, and university environment to work up the student count of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, especially the Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta.     The Influence of Adolescent-Parent Career Congruence and Counselor Roles in Vocational Guidance on the Career Orentation of Student

    Career orientation plays an important role in determining a student’s future employment status. However, little is known about the extent to which parent and counselor roles influence the career orientation of their students or children. This study examines the influence of adolescent-parent career congruence and the role of guidance counselors in career orientation. The Adolescent-Parent Career Congruence Scale, Counselor Role in Vocational Guidance Scale, and Career Orientation Inventory Scale were used for data collection. This study selected a sample of 278 students, aged 15-18 years old, using a purposive sampling technique. The participants all attended Senior Secondary School or Vocational High School in Jakarta, Indonesia. Multiple regression and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were performed to analyze the data. The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that both adolescent-parent career congruence and role of guidance counselors have a significant positive correlation with student career orientation. This study has practical implications for school counselors who provide vocational guidance services to students.
